The global teams that make up MSC are always looking for fresh talent, new opportunities, and internal inspiration, so they asked Wire Stone to assist with a PR and recruitment campaign.

To generate awareness and excitement about MSC, we focused on the vital role the org plays in the ultimate quality of all Microsoft devices. The videos and print materials give center stage to unique Microsoft product features, significant manufacturing achievements, and the incredible logistics of day-to-day MSC efforts. The interchangeable video scripts we developed allow for more geographic and organizational relevance across MSC’s global teams—while maintaining a narrative integrity that enables genuine engagement.

The campaign was rolled out to internal audiences at MSC’s annual Sync event in Seattle. Going forward, teams around the world will use the videos and print pieces to recruit college grads and influence partners and vendors with a powerful, consistent story.
